Attention Conveners! OSL Chapter Census is due by July 1, 2011!

   The OSL Corporate Office is conducting a Chapter Census to accurately collect all the Chapter information for the OSL website and for future communications. Be sure your Chapter is included!  Each Chapter Convener must complete a  OSL Chapter Census for their Chapter and return it to the OSL Corporate Office by July 1, 2011 – either by mail, fax, or email.

  A Chapter Census form can be found on page 6 of the March/April  issue of Sharing magazine or just click on the link below. Then print the Census Form, complete the information and send it back to the OSL Corporate Office. Copies of the Census Form were also emailed to each Regional Director along with their monthly newsletter.
