All the chapters in Region X are in Manitoba

OSL Region Ten (Manitoba) Directorate.

Region Ten (Manitoba) is now a Directorate. It has been divided into three areas each with a director. This form of management was set up by OSL NA Director Larry Mitchell during his visit to the region last October 2007. A Regional Committee exists with the Rev. Clare Edwards as Chairperson.
